NEW CLASS! REGISTER TODAY! "CREATE*EXPLORE*RENEW" w/ Nicole Strafaci. This course explores the amazing embodiment technique called T.R.E. (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises) and how it relates to creativity and deeper flow states of creative exploration. Free writing, collage, and improvisation and movement will all be explored in this deep dive into the artistic process and the natural tremor release mechanism in the body.
